Job Summary: We are seeking technicians or engineers for preventive and corrective maintenance of ATMs in the field, with experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Key Highlights: 1. Due to growth, we seek technicians or engineers for field work. ATM EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY Requirements: \* Minimum education: Completed technical high school diploma with certificate \* Experience: ATM technician \* Knowledge of ATM types: Wincor Nixdorf, Diebold, NCR \* Knowledge and commitment to meeting service metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction levels as required \* Diagnose and resolve technical issues in equipment \* Strong communication skills for escalating failures to support and receiving instructions for repair or fault correction \* Good organization, control, and reporting of expenses and administrative matters related to field work \* Proactive attitude and customer service orientation \* Tolerance and ability to work under pressure to achieve service objectives Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 100% field work.
