This time, we are hiring an **Accounting Assistant!** for a major client.

Work location: Naucalpan
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
**Main Responsibilities:**
* · Accounting entries (incomes and expenses)
* · Invoice data entry, quotation, and validation for suppliers and customers.
* · Review of tax requirements for CFDI.
* · Control and filing of accounting documentation.
* · Accounts payable follow-up.
* · Support for monthly accounting closings.
* · Expense and reimbursement control.
* · Administrative support to the accounting department.
* · Preparation of quotations, onboarding of new suppliers, and procurement execution.
* · Receiving suppliers according to requisitions and reporting accordingly.
* · Maintaining supplier account statements.
* · Filing and creating new supplier files (physical and digital).
* · Planning purchase orders in alignment with the approved budget.
* · Submitting the following reports monthly:
* Accumulated accounts payable
* Overdue accounts payable for the month just ended
* Monthly accounts payable until the balance is settled
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (completed or in progress).
* Up to 45 years of age
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
* Basic knowledge of taxes and CFDI interpretation.
* Basic–intermediate Excel proficiency. Experience with ERP systems (SAE, CONTPAQi, or others).
