Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements We are international headhunters supporting a major company in its search for talent for the position of Accounting Manager. **Requirements:** * Education level: Completed undergraduate degree. * Relevant work experience. * Minimum of 3 years in managerial positions. * Required education: Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Additional education: Master’s degree in Finance / Taxation (desirable). **Knowledge, Responsibilities, and Functions:** * National and International Financial Reporting Standards * Preparation and interpretation of basic financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity). * Budget preparation and control. * ERP systems. * Billing and tax software. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and other social security laws. * Determine and coordinate annual budget compliance. **We Offer:** * Salary: $50,000 tax-free * Profit-sharing plan (PL) * Annual bonus * Guaranteed PTU (Participation in Profits) Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work location: On-site employment
