Work schedule: Monday to Saturday 6\. **Referral bonus for successful referrals:** $350 MXN 7\. **Compensation for participating in our Social Media Content Generator Program:** up to $100 USD per quarter **Your path to joining our team:** **Initial Pre-screening:** Upon applying, you’ll answer a series of initial questions to determine whether you meet the minimum required criteria. **AVI Interview and Brief Call:** If you pass the pre-screening, you’ll complete an interview with AVI, our recruitment bot, followed by a short call (under 15 minutes) with our recruiter. **Account Interview:** If you advance further, you’ll have an interview with the client account you’re applying to. You’ll receive performance feedback on the same day. **Offer and Onboarding Process:** If the interview is successful, we’ll extend a formal offer. Upon acceptance, we’ll request necessary documents, guide you through information upload, arrange medical exams, and proceed with contract signing.
