Merchandise arrangement and display 2\. Achieve optimal display spaces 3\. Activity reporting via mobile app **What profile are we looking for?** 1\. Experience in marketing 2\. Excellent communication skills 3\. Experience conducting field routes **What do we offer?** 1\. $12,500 3\. Statutory benefits 4\. Working hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. 5\. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday 6\. **Referral bonus for successful referrals:** $350 MXN 7\. **Compensation for participating in our Social Media Content Generation Plan:** up to $100 USD per quarter **Your path to joining our team:** **Initial Preselection:** Upon applying, you’ll answer a series of initial questions to determine whether you meet the minimum required criteria. **Interview with AVI and Brief Call:** If you pass preselection, you’ll complete an interview with AVI, our recruitment bot, followed by a brief call (under 15 minutes) with our recruiter. **Account Interview:** If you advance further, you’ll have an interview with the client account you’re applying to. You’ll receive performance feedback the same day. **Offer and Onboarding Process:** If the interview is successful, we’ll extend a formal offer. Upon acceptance, you’ll submit required documents, upload information, complete medical exams, and sign the employment contract. And that’s it—you’ll be ready to start working with us! **Transparency and Real-Time Feedback:** Throughout the entire process, you’ll have full visibility into each stage and receive real-time feedback so you’re always informed about your progress.
