Position Mission: We are looking for a high\-level Project manager to lead the end\-to\-end creation of our new Training Center (CICAT). This is a "Greenfield" project: you will be responsible for everything from the physical construction of the facilities to the design of the technical and management training programs. You will also be the architect of our Apprenticeship Hub to build a future\-ready talent pipeline. Your Impact: As Project Manager – Training Center \& Apprenticeship Hub, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions: 1\. Infrastructure \& Construction (The Build) Lead the physical construction project: Oversee the design, layout, and building of the Training Center. Facilities Management: Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure the buildings meet technical requirements (workshops, classrooms, and specialized labs). Budget \& Timeline: Manage the infrastructure budget and ensure delivery deadlines are met. 2\. Pedagogical Engineering (The Programs) Content Creation: Design and develop a comprehensive technical curriculum in cooperation with French ‘Energy Formation’ from scratch. Multi\-track Development: Create training modules tailored for both technical experts and emerging managers. Educational Innovation: Implement modern learning tools (LMS, VR, or hands\-on simulators). 3\. The Apprenticeship Hub Launch the "Halle des alternances": Create a dedicated space and program for work\-study students. Partnerships: Build relationships with technical schools and universities to attract top apprentices. Mentorship: Define the coaching and integration path for the next generation of staff. 4\. Operations Operational Readiness: Once built, manage the daily operations of the center. Requirements: To join our team as Project Manager – Training Center \& Apprenticeship Hub, we are looking for: Proven experience in large\-scale project management (ideally including infrastructure or facilities setup). Background in Technical Training or L\&D (Learning \& Development). Ability to work "from the ground up" with a builder mindset.
