Position Summary: We are seeking optometrists focused on customer service, consultative sales, and operation of modern optical equipment for a premium optical clinic specializing in visual health. Customer-centric service and consultative sales We are ZEISS Vision Center by Tutto Vision, a premium optical clinic specializing in visual health, equipped with advanced diagnostic technology and offering personalized care. We seek optometrists with expertise in customer service, consultative sales, and handling modern optical equipment. We offer: * **Starting base salary:** $12,000 \- $13,000 net * **\+ $3,000 net monthly bonus** based on performance targets (excellent service, post-sale follow-up) * **Salary increases** in the short and medium term * **Ongoing training** on products, sales, and optical technology (including ZEISS technology) * Life insurance * Annual lens support of **$3,000** \+ preferential discounts * Complimentary uniforms * **Work location:** Torre Carracci \- near MB Félix Cuevas (Line 1\) * **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday * **Days off:** Fixed Sundays plus the possibility of taking 1 or 2 additional weekdays off (depending on season). Essential Requirements * **Bachelor's degree in Optometry** (graduated or completing graduation within a maximum of 4 months) * **Technicians and incomplete studies are not considered** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** as an optometrist in optical retail * Solid knowledge of: * Comprehensive vision examinations and ocular health assessment * Operation of state-of-the-art digital equipment (**ZEISS, Essilor, etc.**) * Lens brands, frames, laboratories, and optical technology * Passion for **consultative sales** and **participation in visual health campaigns** * Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and service orientation * Professional appearance. * **Availability to attend visual health campaigns** in CDMX and State of Mexico * Important: **We are a premium optical clinic, not a clinical facility.** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct comprehensive vision examinations and assess ocular health * Operate cutting-edge ZEISS optical technology * Prescribe customized vision corrections and solutions * Advise patients on visual hygiene, optical products, and solutions * Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records * Perform consultative sales of lenses and frames * Participate in external visual health campaigns when scheduled Apply through this channel with your updated CV in PDF or Word format ***Please carefully review the compensation package, working hours, and requirements, as they are non-negotiable.*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Application question(s): * Which digital optical diagnostic devices have you routinely used?
