We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant specialized in Document Control**. Your primary mission will be to ensure that all company information and documentation is properly classified, updated, and efficiently accessible. **Requirements** * Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program in **Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential: filters, basic pivot tables). * Experience using cloud storage tools (Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox). * Flexible schedule availability. * Easy access to the work area (Andares). * Management of physical and digital files. * Efficiency in handling information and time management. **Responsibilities** * Maintain up-to-date documentary files for each project. * Ensure proper organization of physical and digital files. * Validate basic administrative documentation for internal processes. * Follow up on pending documentation with suppliers. * Support control and updating of databases. * Contribute to the fulfillment of administrative processes and audits. * Prepare document checklists. * Digitize and organize files. **We Offer** * Monthly stipend of $10,000 MXN. * Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. * Biweekly payment.
