




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage job openings, screen resumes, and support interview coordination while keeping all processes up to date. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of job openings and candidates 2. Support in coordinating interviews and selection processes 3. Dynamic work environment and growth opportunities in HR YOUR SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Post and maintain active job listings on Indeed and other assigned platforms Monitor the lifecycle of each listing: renewals, pauses, and closures Maintain an updated inventory of open, in-process, and completed job openings Ensure every job posting complies with Indeed’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policies Extract basic performance reports: applications, sources, and time-to-fill metrics Screen and organize incoming resumes according to each position’s requirements Register and keep the candidate database up to date Make initial contact with preselected candidates via email or phone call Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews Notify candidates of their status at each stage of the process Keep digital and physical files for each selection process current Update internal department templates, formats, and documents Respond to internal inquiries regarding candidate status or active job postings ARE YOU THE PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
