Constant interaction with employees and clients to ensure professional treatment. **Human Resources Analyst** A prominent Corporate Consulting firm is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join its team and support the administration and development of human capital processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administration and preparation of payroll. * Cash payroll payment and control. * Employee and client assistance and follow-up. * Preparation, review, and signing of employment contracts. * Administration and control of personnel files. * Handling and analysis of data in Excel. * Tracking of incidents, employee onboarding, and offboarding. * Organization and management of emails and internal requests. * Support in administrative tasks and fieldwork. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. * Valid driver’s license. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of administrative and labor processes. * Availability for on-site work and field activities. **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and professional demeanor. * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and initiative. * Sense of urgency and follow-up capability. * Teamwork. * Confidential handling of information. * Time planning and management. * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Adaptability and continuous learning. * Logical and analytical thinking. * Excellent service attitude. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $18,000\. * Weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Work location: Paseos del Sol, Zapopan, Jalisco.
