A customs agency experiencing steady growth, committed to its clients and employees, is seeking talented individuals interested in joining our organization. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Responsible for the organization’s Quality Management System, ensuring the proper execution of internal processes, monitoring and compliance with current certifications. Conducting internal audits, document control, and adherence to applicable regulatory standards. Responsible for reinforcing an internal work culture focused on quality and safety. **IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE** Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. A structured, orderly, organized, analytical professional with a strong focus on regulatory compliance. Capable of collaborating across different departments. Proactive, process-oriented, and possessing a continuous improvement mindset. **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration. Master’s degree or specialization in Quality. **PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES** * **Leadership:** Ability to lead, guide, and positively influence employees toward meeting quality standards, internal processes, and organizational objectives. * **Monitoring and Control:** Ability to track commitments, corrective actions, critical deadlines, processes, and responsibilities until their effective and sustainable closure is ensured. * **Attention to Detail:** Skill in identifying errors, inconsistencies, deviations, or minor non-compliances within processes, documents, or internal controls. * **Planning and Organization:** Ability to structure activities, set priorities, manage time, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and promptly, both verbally and in writing. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems * Knowledge of AEO and Quality Customs Brokers certifications * Process mapping and documentation * KPI indicators * Risk management * Continuous improvement (5S, Ishikawa, root cause analysis) * Occupational health and safety * Document management * Monitoring key quality indicators. * Supervising adherence to internal processes. * Operational and administrative continuous improvements. * Managing basic occupational safety compliance aligned with certifications. * Verifying implementation of internal protocols. * Promoting an organizational culture oriented toward quality and efficiency.
