A customs agency experiencing steady growth, committed to its clients and employees, is seeking talented individuals interested in joining our organization. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Responsible for the organization’s Quality Management System, ensuring the proper execution of internal processes, monitoring and compliance with current certifications. Conducting internal audits, document control, and adherence to applicable regulatory standards. Responsible for reinforcing an internal work culture focused on quality and safety. **IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE** Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. A structured, orderly, organized, analytical professional with a strong focus on regulatory compliance. Capable of collaborating across different departments. Proactive, process-oriented, and possessing a continuous improvement mindset. **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration.
