Job Summary: Black Coffee Gallery is seeking a Purchasing Manager to coordinate the procurement of supplies and services, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate the procurement of goods and services at the best price and quality. 2. Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with suppliers. 3. Verify product price and quality, with documentary control for each purchase. Black Coffee Gallery is a 100% Mexican company dedicated to preparing and selling coffee-based beverages. We are looking for a Purchasing Manager capable of coordinating and supervising all activities required for procuring supplies, logistics, inventory management, and storage of goods and services needed by the company. * Purchasing Manager: $2,990 weekly, net pay * **We offer**: Weekly salary payments, statutory benefits. * **Working hours**: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm; Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. * **Work location**: Inglaterra Ave. \#67, San Juan de Ocotan neighborhood, Zapopan, Jalisco. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate actions to procure required goods and services for the company at the best price and quality, in accordance with established processes, standards, policies, and guidelines. * Verify the price and quality of products offered by suppliers to approve or reject purchases. * Periodically analyze prices of supplies and materials. * Manage all documentation associated with each purchase for control and auditing purposes. * Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with suppliers. Conduct supplier prospecting and jointly seek improvements with suppliers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (verifiable). * Prior experience in the Hospitality or Café industry, especially in purchasing, quotations, and procurement management. * Inventory control, calculation of requirements, and order management. * Ability to perform calculations and analyze data related to purchasing.
