Position Summary: Supports the Manufacturing Engineering team in administration and support of processes in Preforming and Brazing, managing tooling inventory and process documentation. Support in implementation of new engineering projects **Job Description** The Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Intern in Subassemblies supports the Manufacturing Engineering team in administering and supporting processes within the Preforming and Brazing areas. This role focuses on tooling (fixtures) inventory management, process documentation, and production-floor support activities to ensure effective implementation of current operations and new engineering projects. **Responsibilities** * Support inventory and control of fixtures and tooling for Preforming and Brazing areas * Track tooling status and support implementation of new fixtures * Support tooling availability and inventory accuracy * Create, update, and maintain setup sheets * Develop and update Work Instructions (WIs) for existing processes and new projects * Support document control activities and tracking of process-related actions on the production floor * Provide administrative and technical support to Manufacturing Engineering process activities * Support various functional areas to achieve engineering and operational objectives * Support tracking and implementation of new projects and CIM (Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing) initiatives * Assist with activities related to new product launches and process improvements **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field * Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances * Introductory knowledge of manufacturing processes * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $8,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
