Main Responsibilities * **Interdepartmental Support:** Provide assistance and support across various areas and departments within the company. * **Staff Training:** Train newly hired administrative personnel. * **Evaluation and Supervision:** Conduct ongoing evaluations of administrative staff. * **Document Management:** Organize, process, update, and maintain information and files. * **System Management:** Operate information systems, office software, and databases. * **Process Optimization:** Review and propose changes to procedures in order to **optimize resources and operations**.
