Job Summary: Responsible for executing and verifying route reconciliations, identifying item discrepancies, issuing shipment records, and analyzing fuel performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Route verification and item control to prevent theft. 2. Ensuring item traceability across the Estafeta network. 3. Fuel performance analysis to prevent misuse. Logistics and Operations City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: Apr 21, 2026 Schedule: 3:00 PM \- 11:00 PM Description: 1\. Execute TR2 and TR1 route reconciliations. Verify that all routes entering/leaving the COP manifest identical quantities of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensure the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancy. To prevent item theft. 2\. Obtain information on items with TR1 and TR2 reconciliation discrepancies. Identify each affected waybill, question the Operator, and require immediate delivery of that item. To guarantee all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. 3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all pending shipments awaiting dispatch to route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a pending record registered on the platform. 4\. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes. Conduct daily audits for fuel dispensing control (high and low performance). To provide information to the supervisor to prevent fuel misuse and theft. 5\. Report TR1, TR2 reconciliation results and fuel performance audit outcomes to the Supervisor. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the Supervisor can implement corrective and/or preventive actions with the Operator/route experiencing incidents to avoid recurrence.
