We are looking for a committed **Nurse**, with a service-oriented vocation, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility, to join our team and provide technical and assistance support in medical evaluations, ensuring protocol compliance, information confidentiality, and high-quality patient care.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Prepare the examination area and necessary medical supplies for each evaluation.
* Conduct general physical inspection and vital signs measurement.
* Assist in clinical examinations and specific medical tests.
* Perform basic ophthalmological tests (e.g., visual acuity, color discrimination, etc.).
* Administer glucose tests when required.
* Prepare the area and perform electrocardiograms.
* Conduct basic audiologic examinations.
* Administer questionnaires and assessments according to established protocols.
* Manage and organize physical and digital medical records.
* Maintain documentation control and tracking.
* Apply hygiene, disinfection, and proper medical waste handling standards.
* Ensure ethical, professional, and empathetic treatment during patient care.
* Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with official degree and professional license mandatory.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in medical, clinical, or occupational health evaluations.
* Experience in general nursing procedures.
* Proficiency in measuring and recording vital signs.
* Knowledge of equipment disinfection and medical device handling.
* Preferred experience in performing electrocardiograms and basic clinical tests.
* Preferred knowledge of health regulations and medical protocols.
