The selected candidate will be in charge of ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the company's official documentation up to date. Responsibilities * Manage license, permit, and authorization procedures before local and federal authorities. * Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewals. * Maintain updated physical and digital license records. * Coordinate with internal departments to meet regulatory requirements. * Prepare periodic reports on license status. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or regulatory processing. * Knowledge of local and federal regulations. * Proficiency in Excel and document management systems. * Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
