Join Biofleming Laboratories! We are looking for a Property Security Filter to ensure the protection of our facilities. The main objective of the position is to control and supervise the access of personnel, visitors, suppliers, vehicles, and goods, ensuring compliance with property security policies and protocols to prevent risks, losses, theft, and unauthorized access within the facilities. Key Responsibilities: Control access of employees, visitors, and contractors by validating identifications, badges, and authorizations. Verify documents such as entry/exit orders, invoices, shipping guides, or waybills. Perform visual or physical inspection of backpacks, packages, tools, and vehicles according to procedures. Authorize or deny access for personnel, visitors, and suppliers. Request additional inspections of people, belongings, or vehicles. Enforce compliance with safety rules and procedures. Required Profile: Education: Completed secondary school or high school. Work Experience: 1 year in property security and/or intramural security. Technical Knowledge: Handling of forms and logs. Access control protocols. Procedures for physical and document inspection. Security logs and reports. Basic CCTV operation (desirable). Skills: Integrity and adherence to rules, effective communication, basic decision-making, service orientation and proper treatment of staff and visitors, teamwork, frustration tolerance, stress management, and service attitude.
