We are a small business from Monterrey dedicated to the sale and distribution of food products. We have over 4 years in the market and are looking to continue growing with solid and well-organized accounting processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Calculation of **payrolls**, **IMSS**, **INFONAVIT**, withholdings, and **payment disbursements**. * Control and follow-up of **accounts receivable** and **accounts payable**. * **Bank reconciliations** and transaction monitoring. * Accounting registration of transactions (income, expenses, purchases, sales, costs). * Preparation of basic financial reports: cash flow, income statement, and expense reports. * Document organization: invoices, XML files, fiscal receipts, and journal entries. * Coordination with external accounting firm for monthly tax compliance. * **Improve and organize the company's internal accounting processes**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of 3 **years of experience in accounting departments of companies or firms**. * Proficiency in **payroll, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and bank reconciliations**. * Solid knowledge of **accounts receivable and payable**. * Ability to work **independently, organized, and with a strong sense of responsibility**. * Intermediate-to-advanced **Excel skills** and experience with accounting software (COI, Contpaqi, or similar). * Experience preparing basic financial reports. **We are looking for someone who:** * Takes initiative and proposes improvements. * Is detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable. * Understands that in an SME, accounting is key for decision-making. * Enjoys being in control of financial figures and implementing structure where needed. **We Offer** * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment. * Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
