Participation in field activities An electric power sector company is seeking an **Inspection and Projects Assistant** to join its team in Salamanca, Gto. We seek a candidate with technical or professional training in the electrical field, experience in electrical projects, inspections, and technical documentation, as well as availability for fieldwork. **Main Responsibilities** * Support inspections and monitoring of electrical projects. * Conduct technical field surveys. * Prepare reports and technical documentation. * Monitor project document control. * Support integration of technical and administrative information. * Use intermediate Excel, AutoCAD 2D, and supporting technological tools, including AI applications. * Participate in field activities related to inspections and projects. **Requirements** * Degree or Technical Superior University (TSU) in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Electrical Mechanical Engineering. * 1–3 years of experience in electrical projects, inspections, or technical documentation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * AutoCAD 2D proficiency. * Experience in technical surveys, reporting, and document control. * Availability for fieldwork. * Valid driver’s license. **We Offer** * $12,000 monthly net salary. * Performance bonuses of up to $3,000 per month. * Statutory benefits.
