Ensure legal and labor compliance in personnel management. **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** *REQUIREMENTS:* * Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Age 28 or older. * Reside near the workplace or have no commuting issues. * Immediate availability. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. *KNOWLEDGE:* * English: Intermediate * Recruitment and selection of personnel * Labor legislation (IMSS, INFONAVIT, AFORE, FONACOT) * Labor relations and conflict management * Organizational development and workplace climate * HR metrics and reporting * Leadership skills and professional image * Intermediate to advanced Excel: personnel data analysis, turnover and productivity analysis, incident analysis, etc. * Digital document management: contract control, personnel files, and internal policies. * Recruitment platforms: Indeed, CompuTrabajo, LinkedIn, etc. *PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Coordinate and supervise recruitment and selection processes. * Ensure accurate payroll processing, incident handling, employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers. * Ensure legal and labor compliance (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, Infonavit, STPS). * Implement strategies to reduce absenteeism. * Lead labor relations processes, progressive discipline, and separations. * Promote workplace climate, organizational culture, and internal communication initiatives. * Coordinate training, development, and performance evaluation programs. * Serve as a strategic liaison between internal and external stakeholders. * Design and implement organizational development strategies: strengthening corporate culture, integration, continuous improvement of internal HR processes.
