Cargo tracking and customer service **** Transportes Potosinos **** A logistics company with 69 years of national presence is seeking: Documentation Clerk!! **Requirements:** **Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree **Flexible working hours **Experience in customer service and process monitoring. **Organized, proactive, and professional appearance. **Intermediate Excel skills. **Work Location:** Ramos Arizpe Industrial Park **Responsibilities:** **Generate shipping labels, file labels in the system, and prepare shipments. **Update databases (Excel) **Supervise operational processes (loading/unloading and cargo handling) **Provide customer service and track customers' cargo. **We Offer:** **Base salary of $10,000 MXN per month, net of deductions, paid weekly **Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, Christmas bonus, vacation premium at 25%) **Paid holidays on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of Holy Week **One paid day off for birthday **Opportunity for professional growth and development. **Free uniforms **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
