Job Summary: PRONAMET is seeking a Document Controller in Quality to manage, register, distribute, and archive technical documents on site, ensuring format updates and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. 2. Operate document management software and monitor review status. 3. Education: Architect, Industrial Engineer, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years as a Document Specialist, Document Controller, or SHE professional in industrial construction projects. Attention to detail. Organized. Effective and assertive communication. **KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:** \- Intermediate Office software proficiency. \- Blueprint interpretation. \- Proficiency in document management tools. \- Proactive. \- Teamwork. \- Organized. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Administer the receipt, registration, distribution, and archiving of technical documents on site. \- Ensure updates of current formats, eliminating use of obsolete documents. \- Prepare reports and complete documentation for Safety processes. \- Operate document management software (SharePoint, Procore, and internal servers). \- Monitor document review status between client supervision and contractors. \- Create tracking matrices and compliance reports for deliverables. \- Ensure project files comply with ISO 9001 quality standards and Safety and Hygiene regulations. **WE OFFER:** \- Gross monthly salary of $12,000 \+ \- Statutory benefits. \- Direct employment with the company. \- Transportation assistance. \- Career development and growth plan.
