Date posted: Mar 6, 2026 Location: Topolobampo, MX Area of Expertise: Transport and Logistics Job Type: Permanent Work mode (place): On site Job Requisition ID: 24380 **Dispatch Supervisor** ======================= We at Yara are part of a global network, collaborating to profitably and responsibly solve some of the world's key challenges \- resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change. **About the Unit** ------------------ Ensure the efficient, timely, and on-schedule execution of the site’s dispatch plan, guaranteeing the necessary physical and documentary controls so that dispatches occur without security or quality incidents, while optimizing available resources. **Responsibilities** -------------------- Develop a tactical pre\-picking plan to ensure compliance with the loading program. * Coordinate vehicle entry and exit with the scale team to ensure a synchronized, delay-free flow. * Supervise the team’s responsible operation of machinery. * Lead the scale and tarping teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination. * Ensure product loading according to the weight specified in the loading order. Supervise the unit loading process and product handling to guarantee adherence to critical points for mitigating safety risks and inventory control. * Supervise the verification of physical conditions of units and trucks prior to loading to prevent product contamination or damage, promoting mechanized loading where feasible. * Supervise documentation of product condition before and during loading to prevent quality claims. * Execute tasks related to the safe and orderly dispatch of finished products and raw materials. * Supervise compliance with the maintenance plan for assigned machinery. **Profile** ----------- 1\.Industrial Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Inventory Management. 2\.Relevant experience and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and proven experience leading high-performing teams.
