Join Estafeta! **Location**(3 minutes from Metrobús UAM Azcapotzalco) **Administrative Assistant \- Customer Service** **Position Objective** Provide tracking for items operated by customers, from waybill preparation to final shipment delivery. **Job Functions or Activities** * Preparation of waybills. * Development of performance indicators (KPIs). * Generation of pickup reference numbers (folios). * Pre-alerting and tracking of pickup reference numbers (folios). * Customer service via email (responding to issues and inquiries raised by customers). * Creation of tickets (reports). * Control and tracking of operated items for assigned account(s). **Requirements** * High school diploma or Technical Degree; recently graduated Bachelor’s degree holders. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions or administrative/support functions, preferably in sales, customer service, or logistics environments. * Basic/intermediate office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook email). **Competencies** * Results orientation. * Tolerance. * Teamwork. * Analytical ability. * Customer service. * Proactivity. **What We Offer You** * Competitive salary. * Comprehensive benefits package. * Productivity bonus. * Career growth within the company. * Positive work environment. * Grocery vouchers
