Commercial City: QUINTANA ROO Publication Date: Apr 20, 2026 Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 2 PM on Saturday Description: CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS ASSISTANT Position Objective Support timely and accurate handling of requests entering the Shipping Control Department by generating administrative minutes and verifying data to coordinate shipments, thereby consistently meeting performance indicators to improve customer satisfaction. Job Functions or Activities 1\. Process assigned Service Reports promptly and accurately. 2\. Report services entering Shipping Control. 3\. Make timely and accurate phone calls to customers regarding shipments entered into Shipping Control. 4\. Generate administrative minutes for shipments requiring them. 5\. Reconcile daily and physically the delivery and return manifests for local routes. Requirements Education: High school diploma or technical degree; administration-related field preferred. Customer Service Experience: 6 months. Problem-solving skills and personnel management. Microsoft Office: basic proficiency; indicator tracking.
