




Main Responsibilities Administer, classify, and control physical and digital documents. Review, validate, and update received documentation. Ensure compliance with established formats, policies, and procedures. Control document versions, validity periods, and distribution. Maintain updated document databases. Manage documentation requests from different departments. Ensure proper storage, protection, and accessibility of files. Prepare reports on document status and internal audits (if applicable). Coordinate the receipt, registration, and tracking of contracts, permits, blueprints, certifications, or other relevant documents. Collaborate with administrative, operational, and quality departments to ensure document order and integrity. Candidate Requirements Minimum experience: 1–3 years in document control, archiving, information management, or similar administrative roles. Knowledge of document control systems, ERP, or management platforms (SharePoint, Documentum, etc.). Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PDF). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes. Ability to handle confidential information. Desired Competencies Analytical skills. Handling of sensitive information.
