Job stability within a dynamic team. **Join our team!** We are looking for an **Equipment Control Analyst** responsible for ensuring that our transport units are available, in optimal condition, and ready for daily operations. Job Objective Ensure control, tracking, and availability of units, reducing road risks and contributing to efficient operations. Main Responsibilities * Tracking of vacant units and coordinating their refurbishment (workshop, cleaning, mechanical inspection). * Controlling and safeguarding legal documentation for units (invoices, license plates, circulation permits). * Monitoring the status, location, and return of rented equipment. * Completing physical\-mechanical checklists when assigning or receiving units. * Reporting and tracking anomalies with the maintenance department. * Coordinating installation and validation of safety sensors (GPS/monitoring). Requirements * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics, transportation, or operations (preferred). * Basic knowledge of: * Types of trailers and cargo boxes * Identification of unit damage * Use of logbooks and document control * Basic Excel skills Skills * Organization and follow-up * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Effective communication * Teamwork We Offer * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunity for development Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
