The role requires someone with **discipline, meticulous follow-up, and clear communication**, capable of managing cases from inception to conclusion, and with a proven track record of **winning labor litigation**. Additionally, it is valuable to possess **basic knowledge of commercial law**, particularly regarding contracts, claims, and risk prevention. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Represent the company in **labor litigation** (individual and collective), focusing on minimizing risks and maximizing favorable outcomes. * Draft, review, and negotiate **employment contracts** and related legal documents. * Conduct timely, disciplined, and well-documented follow-up on **case files, hearings, deadlines, and official requests**. * Propose robust, technically sound legal strategies. * Advise the company on **labor compliance**, employee relations, and best practices to prevent contingencies. * Support on **basic commercial matters**, such as reviewing commercial contracts, drafting claim letters, or ensuring general legal compliance. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments, executives, and external parties. * Manage legal reports and documentation to ensure continuity throughout legal processes. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Law (certified). * **Minimum 3–5 years’ experience** in labor litigation and representation before labor boards or courts. * Proven record of **successfully resolving labor lawsuits**. * Familiarity with commercial law (contracts, claims, compliance) is desirable. * Excellent writing, communication, and document management skills. * Disciplined, methodical, process-oriented, and highly reliable individual. * Ability to work under pressure, handle urgent matters, and manage multiple case files simultaneously. **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Strategic legal thinking * Negotiation * Discipline and follow-up * Clear and timely communication * Results orientation * Organization and impeccable case file management **Why This Role Is Critical** ----------------------------- This position will ensure the company’s **legal protection**, reduce labor-related risks, and enable more efficient, preventive operations.
