Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law
* Experience in the industrial, construction, and/or corporate sector
* Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (FLL, NOMs, Reforms)
* Experience in labor litigation, both individual and collective
* Excellent legal writing and negotiation skills
* Document organization and control
Required Knowledge:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
* Legal defense and litigation
* Articles of Incorporation
* Interaction with Notaries
* Contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers
* Designing and implementing legal defense strategies in labor litigation, as well as in civil, administrative, and criminal matters
* Representing the company before labor courts and administrative authorities, ensuring proper legal defense
* Handling and following up on inspections, requests, and procedures before authorities such as STPS, IMSS, Infonavit, Attorney General's Offices, and DGSP
Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month
