Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in\-process and final inspections of products according to quality standards and specifications. * Perform dimensional, visual, and functional tests on materials and finished goods. * Document and report inspection results clearly and accurately. * Assist in root cause analysis of quality issues using problem\-solving tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, Pareto charts). * Support quality audits, including internal and supplier audits. * Monitor and maintain quality control equipment and calibration records. * Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes. * Verify compliance with quality documentation such as work instructions, SOPs, and control plans. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (production, engineering, maintenance) to resolve quality issues. * Assist with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) implementation and follow\-up. * Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
