We seek an organized individual with leadership skills and the ability to coordinate work teams and fabrication processes. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the **welding team and workshop personnel**. * Prepare and interpret **workshop drawings for fabrication**. * Organize the **movement, transportation, and control of tools**. * Coordinate the **reception, preparation, and transportation of materials**. * Plan workshop activities to meet **production timelines and quality standards**. * Supervise that welding work is carried out according to specifications. Candidate Profile * **Civil Engineer** (preferably with knowledge of metal structures). * Experience in **welding workshops, metal fabrication, or structures**. * Knowledge of **interpretation and preparation of workshop drawings**. * Experience coordinating operational staff. * Ability to organize and control materials. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of **welding processes**. * Experience in **fabrication of structural components**. * Ability to plan workshop production.
