A company driven by our people.** Job Objective: The warehouse operations manager at DHL Supply Chain is responsible for supervising and optimizing daily warehouse operations, implementing continuous improvement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. They must lead and motivate the team, ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, manage inventory effectively, maintain smooth communication with customers, and use data analysis to monitor performance and make informed decisions. Main Activities: * Operations Management: manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing and distributing products. * Personnel Management: recruit, train and manage the workforce, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. * Process Optimization: implement and monitor processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Inventory Control: supervise inventory management, ensuring proper product turnover and minimizing losses. * Regulatory Compliance: ensure all operations comply with safety, health and environmental regulations. * Performance Analysis: evaluate warehouse performance using metrics and data analysis, and make adjustments as necessary. * Customer Relationship: maintain communication with customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service. * Cost Management: control and manage the warehouse budget, seeking opportunities to reduce costs without compromising service quality.
