Collaboration in livestock registration and weighing. **Job Description** ***ALPURA, A LEADING MILK PRODUCTION COMPANY, INVITES YOU TO JOIN OUR TALENT POOL AS A WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT*** **Objective** Support essential warehouse tasks: receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials. **Warehouse** · Receipt of supplies (medicines, spare parts, agrochemicals, and feed) · Recording daily supply movements · Distribution of supplies to users · Receiving and recording purchase orders from suppliers in the COMPAQi system, verifying in the system that the purchase order matches the product before sealing and signing the receipt · Conducting weekly inventory to control stock levels · Organizing and cleaning the warehouse **Forage** · Weighing forage · Taking samples of ensiled forage to determine dry matter content · Recording and monitoring dry matter results **Milk Delivery** · Daily milk inventory · Weighing tanker trucks, sampling milk, and delivering the product · Safeguarding witness test samples **Silos** · Receipt of forage prior to dry matter results · Determination of dry matter content · Reporting dry matter results · Weighing trucks · Sending daily forage samples to Alpura’s laboratory for analysis **Livestock Yard** (weighing and registering all livestock) Deliver the livestock yard folio and scale ticket to the buyer.
