Responsibilities: * Provide first-line telephone customer support, logging cases, quoting, and handling billing processes to ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, manage expense reports for Engineers. * Coordinate training activities, supporting Clients (Internal / External) and field missions conducted by Training Engineers.
