Responsibilities: * Provide first-line telephone customer support, logging cases, quoting, and completing the billing process to ensure excellent customer service. Also manage expense reports for Engineers. * Coordinate training activities by supporting Clients (Internal / External) and field missions conducted by Training Engineers.
