Development of leadership and communication skills IFLY is looking for: THEORY INSTRUCTORS **OBJECTIVE:** Train and certify pilots through theoretical instruction. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Delivery of theoretical instruction \-Evaluation of student performance \-Preparation of progress reports, logs, and evaluations. **REQUIREMENTS:** Pilot aviation education or degree Valid Commercial Pilot License Valid medical certificate **SKILLS:** \-Clear and effective communication \-Leadership and group management \-Decision-making ability \-Strong sense of responsibility \-Results-oriented mindset and adherence to standards **EXPERIENCE:** Instructor experience preferred Position type: Full-time, Seasonal, Apprenticeship Work location: On-site employment
