Job Summary: We are seeking a switchboard receptionist to provide customer service, handle and transfer calls, and deliver information to patients and their families in a hospital setting. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and telephone communication in a hospital environment. 2. Collaboration with the hospital quality management system. 3.
