Foster an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation **Job Objective:** Provide direct and personalized attention to residents of Altezza Bosques Spa, ensuring comfort, cleanliness, order, and overall experience in the spa’s common areas. This role is critical to ensuring users feel attended to, comfortable, and satisfied. **Responsibilities:** ● Provide friendly, warm, and approachable service to spa residents and users. ● Anticipate customer needs (e.g., offer towels, water, locker assistance, etc.). ● Maintain all spa areas (both men’s and women’s) in optimal condition. ● Ensure cleanliness and order in changing rooms, restrooms, showers, and common areas. ● Perform constant replacement and replenishment of towels, robes, and other supplies. ● Maintain inventory control of towels, robes, and linens, ensuring proper rotation. ● Coordinate the dispatch and receipt of linens with the laundry service (towels, robes, etc.). ● Continuously inspect and replenish amenities in restrooms and showers (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.). ● Monitor and ensure sufficient stock of all essential area products. ● Assist in managing and verifying appointments via the residents’ reservation system. ● Support setup and preparation of treatment cabins before and after each service. ● Report damages, malfunctions, or operational needs to the manager. ● Help resolve any resident inquiries or needs courteously. ● Promote an atmosphere of tranquility, order, and relaxation at all times. **Required Skills:** ● Warm and respectful customer service ● Proactivity and attention to detail ● Professional personal appearance ● Organizational skills and sense of cleanliness ● Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team ● Respect for client privacy and personal space Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
