We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Shift Manager** to join our team at ATELIER Playa Mujeres. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during the evening shift, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction. Your leadership and management skills will be key to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency at our property. Your role involves supervising all staff assigned to your shift, resolving issues, and making quick decisions to keep workflow uninterrupted. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests during your shift, guaranteeing a memorable experience and addressing any concerns that may arise. Requirements: * Residence in Cancún * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Tourism, Psychology or related field. * Availability for evening shift (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm) * Experience in roles such as Front Desk Supervision, Concierge and/or Butler services * Experience in Luxury Hospitality (National or International) * Advanced English language proficiency (B2\+) * Knowledge of FORBES standards * Conflict resolution skills * Excellent attitude * Personnel management experience Are you interested in this challenge for your professional career?
