General Information * **Position:** Security Staff * **Sector:** Boutique Hospitality / Luxury Hospitality * **Monthly Compensation:** $18,500 MXN net (plus statutory benefits) * **Work Schedule:** \[Specify whether 8-hour, 12-hour, or 24x24 shifts] **Candidate Requirements** **Education and Experience** * **Education:** Completed high school (certificate required). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar roles (hotel security, luxury residential security, or high-level corporate security). **Mandatory Documentation** * Recent and verifiable letters of employment recommendation (minimum 2\). * Updated certificate of no criminal record. **Competencies and Soft Skills** * **VIP Interaction and Presence:** Excellent personal presentation, grooming, appropriate body language, and verbal fluency for interacting with exclusive guests. * **Absolute Confidentiality:** Strong ethical awareness, discretion, and protection of guest privacy and hotel operations. * **Service Orientation:** Proactive, courteous, and empathetic attitude; ability to resolve issues tactfully and diplomatically. * **Crisis Management:** Ability to remain calm under pressure and act assertively during emergencies. * **Basic English,** desirable **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * **Surveillance and Access Control:** Continuously monitor the entry and exit of guests, staff, suppliers, and visitors, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises. * **VIP Greeting and Reception:** Welcome guests with outstanding service attitude, coordinating with the Concierge or Front Desk team for proper reception. * **Patrols and Asset Security:** Conduct periodic rounds and inspections of common areas, vacant rooms, hallways, and the hotel perimeter to prevent incidents or detect anomalies. * **Confidentiality Protocol:** Ensure all information regarding guest stays (identity, room numbers, schedules, etc.) is handled under strict professional confidentiality. * **Incident and Emergency Management:** Act as first responder in cases of medical emergencies, fire hazards, or risky situations, following internal protocols and coordinating with authorities if necessary. * **Logbook and Reporting:** Maintain a detailed and formal daily log of incidents, supplier access, and any events occurring during the shift. **What We Offer** * Competitive monthly salary of **$18,500**. * Statutory benefits from day one. * High-quality custom uniforms. * Excellent work environment within an exclusive setting.
