We are looking for a **Savings Fund Specialist** who will contribute to the efficient management of this benefit for our employees, ensuring accurate, transparent, and continuously improving processes. #### **Position Objective:** Be responsible for the comprehensive management of the savings fund: from receiving and analyzing applications to calculating, tracking, and payroll deductions for loans. Additionally, you will participate in initiatives to optimize and digitize processes, ensuring an agile and reliable experience for our employees. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Administer enrollment and loan applications for the savings fund. * Review, approve, and monitor generated loans. * Calculate weekly and/or biweekly deductions per member and loan. * Conduct financial analysis of active loans. * Coordinate payment, control, and filing of associated documentation. * Propose improvements aimed at process simplification and automation. #### **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * **Advanced Excel:** financial formulas, interest rates, calculation of simple and compound interest. * **SAP:** preferred knowledge. * **English:** intermediate level. #### **Key Skills and Competencies** * Effective communication and customer orientation. * Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. * Agile mindset and openness to change. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Adherence to internal policies, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. * Proactivity and willingness to learn and propose solutions.
