About the Role As a Sales Executive (Koltin Guide), you will be the key liaison between our organization and prospective clients, playing a pivotal role in promoting and selling our health membership options. Your primary responsibility will be guiding prospective clients from initial contact through to selecting the membership best suited to their needs—and those of their families. To succeed in this role, you must be a skilled, empathetic, results-oriented communicator with excellent follow-up skills. You’re a great fit if you: * Live in Guadalajara or its metropolitan area. * Have 2\-3 years of consultative sales experience. * Preferably have CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot). * Have experience in telesales. * Have experience creating urgency to close sales. * Are articulate and detail-oriented. * Possess strong follow-up skills throughout the sales funnel. * Enjoy solving problems and always finding a “yes.” * Are empathetic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Are proactive and highly energetic. * Thrive in team environments focused on shared goals. * Are passionate about contributing to meaningful change in our clients’ lives.
