




Position Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist Hostess to receive and welcome visitors, manage access, coordinate meeting rooms, and provide administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Supports administrative and communication tasks **Los Chaneques — transforming food logistics into an experience.** DUE TO EXPANSION, WE ARE SEEKING A **RECEPTIONIST HOSTESS** **IMMEDIATE HIRING** **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers. * Register entries and exits according to security protocols. * Control access by issuing badges or temporary credentials. * Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. * Manage and coordinate meeting room usage (bookings, availability, and order). * Answer phone calls and emails, routing them appropriately. * Support mail, package, and correspondence handling. * Maintain a tidy and professional reception area. * Provide general company information to visitors. * Assist with basic administrative tasks (scheduling, recordkeeping, visitor tracking). **Position Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school diploma (college coursework or degree preferred). **Experience:** 1–2 years in reception, customer service, or similar roles. **Knowledge:** * Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office suite). * Telephone switchboard operation (preferred). * Calendar and record management. * Photocopier operation. **WE OFFER:** * Biweekly, ON-TIME payments (Scotiabank) * Statutory benefits from day one * Working hours: Monday–Friday (two shifts) and Saturday morning * Workplace: **Col Del Valle Centro** **CONTACT HR VIA WHATSAPP AT 5514837646 and send us your updated CV.** Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Flexible schedules * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
