A specialized center for health and beauty treatments is seeking: **RECEPTIONIST at Clinic / SPA** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist * Knowledge of social media * Experience in sales * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Proficiency in operating technological equipment **Responsibilities:** * Managing and supervising the appointment schedule. * Sending appointment reminders. * Customer service: providing requested information at the front desk, via messages or phone calls * Requesting completion of medical history forms. * Selling services and products. * Managing social media accounts * Following up on information requests, appointments, or cancellations * Resolving customer complaints or issues * Managing the customer database **Offer:** Base salary $10,000 plus 10% commission plus statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Saturday; two shifts. Work location: Interlomas.
