Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk check-in/check-out operations. * Completed high school diploma. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Responsibilities: Welcome, assist, and attend to guests’ needs during their stay, ensuring a positive experience. Register guests upon arrival and departure, verify their identification, issue keys or access cards, and manage billing and payment processes. Process and manage new reservations, modifications, and cancellations via various channels such as phone or email, and verify room availability. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages. Serve as a liaison between hotel departments and guests. Review platform updates with agencies. Maintain an orderly and secure front desk area, and store valuables in safety deposit boxes when necessary.
