Responsibilities: ° Greet customers warmly and courteously. ° Receive suppliers and coordinate daily activities. ° Conduct gym tours, showcasing the best of our facilities. ° Open and close the facility, ensuring high-quality service. ° Provide information about gym membership plans. ° Register new users and maintain updated user files. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ° Completed high school diploma (mandatory). ° Six months of customer service experience. ° Availability to work from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, including one hour for lunch. ° Basic proficiency in Google Workspace. ° Service-oriented attitude to deliver the best experience to our users.
