Excellent organizational skills and stress management The individual will serve as the first point of contact for both new and returning clinic visitors, always greeting them courteously and respectfully, and maintaining an excellent attitude when facing stressful situations. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the first point of contact with prospective and/or current patients. * Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient confirmations. * Operate package management software (iOS and Windows). * Answer and transfer phone calls. * Manage email correspondence. * Receive and send messages via WhatsApp. * Manage social media accounts. **Requirements:** * High school diploma, preparatory school, related technical degree, or incomplete administrative degree. * Updated curriculum vitae. * Certificate of no criminal record. * Punctuality. * Impeccable spelling and writing skills. * Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude. * Excellent stress management skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills. * Knowledge of social media management. * Efficient use of package management software on iOS and/or Windows. * Efficient email management.
