Job Summary: We are seeking an operational Manager with Revenue Management experience to lead the guest experience at an exclusive boutique hotel in CDMX, ensuring exceptional service. We are looking for an operationally focused Manager with attention to detail and experience in **Revenue Management** to lead the guest experience within an exclusive **boutique hotel in Mexico City.** We seek someone with a genuine service vocation, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to coordinate operations in a dynamic and highly personalized environment. **\*Your Responsibilities:** * Manage the hotel's daily operations * Supervise the team and ensure an exceptional guest experience * Administer OTAs and platforms such as Cloudbeds * Execute Revenue Management strategies * Monitor budgets and operational reports * Maintain professional communication with national and international guests * Guarantee premium standards of service and hospitality **\*Ideal Profile:** * Completed Bachelor's degree * Experience in hospitality, boutique accommodation, or hotel industry * +2 years in customer service and hotel operations * Experience in Revenue Management and OTA management * Proficiency in Cloudbeds and Google Docs * Advanced conversational and written English * Service-oriented attitude, leadership skills, and solution-focused mindset * Ability to work onsite in CDMX * Organized, flexible individual with excellent interpersonal skills **We seek individuals who:** * Enjoy creating memorable experiences * Demonstrate initiative and autonomy * Can work under pressure without compromising service quality * Understand hospitality as the detail that makes the difference * Location: Mexico City * Employment Type: Onsite | Full-time **If you aspire to join a boutique operation where guest experience is the top priority, we would love to meet you.** Salary: $21,000\.00 per month Workplace: Onsite employment
