You will be the company's first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers; therefore, we require someone with strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and professional appearance. Responsibilities * Answer telephone calls and route them appropriately. * Receive and guide visitors, clients, and suppliers. * Manage messages, packages, and emails. * Assist with basic administrative tasks (printing, scanning, calendar management). * Maintain a clean and presentable reception area. * Record entries and exits, and control access when required. * Support various departments with administrative tasks. Requirements * Completed high school diploma (minimum). * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or reception (preferred). * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and responsibility. * Professional appearance.
