**Raw Material Quality Assurance Supervisor** Do you have experience or training in quality management and are interested in developing your career in a company with a strong focus on production processes and raw material control? We are looking for a **Raw Material Quality Assurance Supervisor** to join an industrial environment that promotes continuous improvement and compliance with safety and traceability standards. **Location:** Pedro Escobedo, Querétaro **Schedule:** Shift work (morning, afternoon, and night) **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise the receipt of raw materials (meat, bone, fats), verifying compliance with quality standards. * Coordinate supplier access, silo handling, and adherence to FIFO procedures. * Issue quality assessments and send samples to the laboratory. * Document results and observations in established records. * Ensure proper shift handover and supervision of assigned personnel. **Requirements:** * Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (in process of graduation or already graduated). * Knowledge of **GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)** and **Quality Management.** * Advanced **Excel** skills and preferably experience with **ERP Odoo.** * Availability to **rotate shifts** and travel occasionally for training in Ecatepec.
